Terms of Service
Last updated: April 16, 2026
Welcome to Woodbridge Printing. By using our website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English because we'd rather be clear than clever.
Who we are
Woodbridge Printing is a family-run commercial print shop in Branchburg, New Jersey, operated by Frank, Anna, and Matt Racz. These terms govern your use of our website (woodbridgeprinting.com) and any services you request through it.
Quote requests and orders
When you submit a quote request through our website, you're asking us to prepare a price estimate for a print job. That request doesn't create a binding contract. A contract is created only when:
- We send you a formal quote,
- You approve the quote in writing (email is fine), and
- We confirm the order.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date we issue them, unless we note otherwise.
Your content
When you send us artwork, design files, logos, text, photos, or any other material for printing, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the material, or you have permission from the rights holder to use it for your print job
- The material doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights
- The material isn't illegal, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
We're not responsible for verifying that you have the rights to the material you send us. If a dispute arises because you didn't have the right to print something, you agree to handle it (including any legal costs).
You keep all rights to your material. We only use your files to produce your print order and to keep them on record so you can reorder easily in the future.
Our work
We take pride in doing quality work, and we stand behind what we print. If there's a problem with your order that's our fault β wrong specs, misprinting, damaged delivery β let us know and we'll make it right, either by reprinting the order or refunding the charge, at our discretion.
That said, print is a physical product. Small variations in color, paper weight, trim, and finish are normal and are not considered defects. We use industry-standard tolerances.
Payment
We issue invoices for print orders, typically after production and before delivery. Payment terms are agreed to in writing before an order begins β usually net 15 or net 30 for established accounts, or prepayment for new customers. Late invoices may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance.
What we're not responsible for
We do our best, but we're a small business with limits. Specifically, we're not liable for:
- Delays caused by third parties β shipping carriers, paper suppliers, or trade printers (like 4over) occasionally have delays outside our control. We'll always communicate and do our best to resolve, but we can't guarantee delivery timelines that depend on others.
- Errors in content you provide β we print what you send us. If there's a typo, wrong phone number, or missing apostrophe in a proof you approved, we'll reprint at cost but not for free.
- Consequential damages β if a print issue indirectly causes you a loss (missed event, lost sales, etc.), our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected job.
Website use
You can browse our website freely. When you submit a quote request, you agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Use the site to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
- Attempt to access other customers' information or our internal systems
- Scrape the site or copy content for commercial purposes without permission
Intellectual property
The content on woodbridgeprinting.com β our copy, design, logos, and images β is owned by Woodbridge Printing. You can view it freely, but please don't reproduce or repurpose it without asking.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The βLast updatedβ date at the top will reflect any changes. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the new terms. If the changes are significant, we'll do our best to let active customers know directly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute that can't be resolved between us directly will be handled in the state or federal courts of Somerset County, New Jersey.
