Who we are

Woodbridge Printing is a family-run commercial print shop based in Branchburg, New Jersey. We've been serving Somerset County businesses since 1980. Our website is operated by the owners of the business (Frank, Anna, and Matt Racz).

What we collect

Information you give us directly:
When you submit a quote request through our website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your business name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The product or service you're asking about
• Any project details, files, or descriptions you share with us

Information we collect automatically:
When you visit our website, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. This includes:

• Your general location (typically city or region level, based on IP address)
• The pages you view and how long you spend on them
• The device and browser you're using
• The website that referred you to ours (if any)

This information is anonymized and aggregated — we use it to understand overall site performance, not to track individual visitors.

How we use it

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate our business. These providers only receive the information they need to do their jobs, and they're bound by their own privacy practices:

• Netlify — hosts our website
• Resend — delivers quote request emails to our team inbox
• Google Analytics — provides aggregated website analytics
• 4over — our commercial print supplier, which may receive your shipping address and order details to fulfill your print job
• Google Workspace — handles our business email (team@woodbridgeprinting.com)

If we ever need to disclose your information because the law requires it (subpoena, court order, etc.), we will.

How long we keep it

Because one of the core promises of Woodbridge Printing is that we remember your file so you can reorder easily, we keep customer information and design files indefinitely — unless you ask us to delete them.

Website analytics data is retained by Google Analytics according to Google's default retention period (currently 14 months) and then automatically deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Send you a copy of the personal information we have about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Delete your information and design files from our records
• Stop contacting you for follow-ups, reorder reminders, or business communications

To make any of these requests, email team@woodbridgeprinting.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time, usually within a few business days.

You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On from Google.

Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies to function properly and to collect the analytics described above. By using our site, you consent to this use. If you prefer, you can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work correctly as a result.

Children's privacy

Woodbridge Printing is a business-to-business service. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we've collected information from a child, we'll delete it.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us — secure hosting, encrypted form submissions, limited access to customer records. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously and treat your business's information the way we'd want ours treated.

If we update this policy, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top and post the new version on this page. For significant changes, we'll notify active customers by email.
